Wayfinding signs help guide people through their environment. See some of the recent examples below of  projects we’ve designed, manufactured and installed.

Wayfinding is the newest term for directional signage. However, wayfinding is more. It combines branding and a design that guides people around a community, campus, facility, park or property.

Wayfinding signs allow for identifying a site or spot with a name, logo, brand or seal along with directions, QR codes, tips, history, maps, safety tips or any additional information associated with the particular locale. Wayfinding can be as simple as a mile marker or can contain an expansive amount of information and/or links to information.

Signs by Crannie’s team is familiar with the necessary planning that goes with a large wayfinding project. They are much more involved than a typical sign project, from initial planning to special racks and crates for production, to painting and transportation. It also take a professional installation team that to make sure the wayfinding signs are secure and installed in a timely fashion.

Because Signs by Crannie is a full service sign company, we can handle every aspect of a wayfinding sign project from initial design and pulling permits to fabrication and installation. We can manufacture signs from supplied architectural or engineering drawings, or as certified members of the World Sign Association we can ship completed signs anywhere in the world to be installed by another certified sign company.

The time from conception to completion for a wayfinding sign project is typically 4 to 6 months depending on the complexity and the location.
