Seaside Realty is a Florida Real Estate company with German owners that market primarily to European residents looking to vacation in Southwest Florida. They offer home sales and rentals, boat rental, property management and other services. We won the contract because we took the time to make important sign recommendations to them instead of simply making a sign as they thought they wanted. For example, We separated the sun from the letter “S” for readability and suggested a blue background on the tenant panels to make them stand out from the rest. They are very happy.
