Great Plains Burger Co. & Qdoba

The owner of a new build in Michigan wanted to clearly identify the retail space below a residential apartment building. In addition to the letter/logo signs, we created a series of awnings for each restaurant that drew attention to their location as separate entities. The awnings are constructed with Sunbrella ™ fabric over fabricated aluminum frames with integrated “watermark” design graphics. To complete the effect, the awnings were lighted with high décor goosneck fixtures.
